For the past 2 days, I've been trying to make a post, but by the time Samwise is happily off to dreamland I start dosing off due to the fan on the laptop's lapfan and the next thing I know is I wake up with a sudden/sharp jolt to the kidney area. I've been updating my phone's drivers and uploading pictures to my folder so I can post some recent pics of the kids, but it just seems to be taking forever. Also, I want to clear up some space so I can take some Halloween pics.

This has been the longest short week in a long time. It just seems that this week seems to go on forever it's only Thursday and it feels as if it's Monday all over again.

I'll post a little more later when the kids are in bed (the baby drops off to sleep whenever she wants) and I can collect my thoughts

In fact, what I've done was temporarily deactivated it - unfortunately the only way to do that was to delete it. I plan on going back to FB, but for the time being I'm taking a break. I was only able to find parts of the second half. At least I can catch some of my mistakes before bringing them to my main computer.

Should really find my other flash-drive and save it on both "just in case" this happens again.

Well Dad's in the nursing home and seems to be adjusting fine - for his first night. Now I just hope that if Mum finally decides to go and visit she doesn't be her usually lovely self or she's going to find herself in a whole lot of legal trouble ( Read more... )

Well... I just found out that Nan isn't doing so well hopefully she hangs on past Christmas. Even though she isn't one of my favourite people, it just wouldn't feel/be right if she died around Christmas. She's not exactly near death's door, but it's pretty bad by the way the nurses are describing her condition.

Not much has been going on around my way other than DH & kids have been sick with the flu. So far I've been lucky and haven't gotten it yet, thought I've have had a migraine all week long. So right now I'm crossing my fingers and toes that I don't get sick.

On the upside, neither DH or kids will be sick over Christmas holidays.
